Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to any notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). 3. Identification of the Material That Is Allegedly Infringing

Include a specific description of the material or content that you claim infringes your copyright, along with enough detail (e.g., a URL or link) to allow us to locate the material on our site.

4. Your Contact Information

Provide your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you regarding the notice.

5. A Statement of Good Faith

Include the following statement in your notice:
«I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.»

6. A Statement of Accuracy and Authority

Include the following statement in your notice:
«I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.»

Once we receive a valid DMCA notification, we will take steps to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user responsible for the content that we have taken this action. If they believe that the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice.

In case the notification was consistent with the abovementioned indications and the request was well founded, we will remove the corresponding content in accordance to Law.
